How do I join Jodii?
Jodii is invite-only. You’ll need a referral code from someone in the community. No code? Join our waitlist or request an invite.
Do I need to be approved?
Yes. Every profile is reviewed by a human to ensure safety, kindness, and authenticity.
How long does approval take?
Usually 24–48 hours. You’ll receive an email once approved.

What makes a great profile?
Be honest, specific, and add high-quality photos. Use our AI bio assistant if you need help!
Can I edit my profile later?
Yes! You can update your profile anytime from your dashboard.
What if I want help writing my bio?
Click “Generate My Bio” to use our AI description assistant. It’s there to help you shine. ✨

💞 Matching & Chatting

How are matches suggested?
Our system uses a mix of AI recommendations and your search preferences to suggest matches with real compatibility.
How do I start a chat?
If mutual interest exists or your chat request is accepted, you’ll see the option to start a secure conversation.
Are my messages private?
Yes. All chats are end-to-end encrypted and private between you and your match.

🔐 Privacy & Safety

Is my information secure?
Absolutely. We use strong encryption and never sell your data. Your trust is our priority.
What if someone behaves inappropriately?
Use the “Report” button on their profile or message. We review all reports swiftly and confidentially.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You can always come back.
